Secretary
Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance forms, answering phone calls, checking patients in and out, talking to insurance companies about prior authorization, maintain confidentiality of patient information and transcription.
Hires will be working from Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 4 hours per day. Hire pay will be based on experience and competency.
Applicants should possess: good communication skills, competency in Microsoft Word, a fast typing speed, and a willingness to learn.
